About the role
We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our fast‑paced team, ensuring safe and effective medication use for patients. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and provide direct support to patients.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescribed medications and provide dosage instructions.
- Consult patients on medication therapy, including side effects, interactions, and storage.
- Maintain inventory levels, monitor expiration dates, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
- Collaborate with clinicians to optimise individual medication regimens.
- Stay current with pharmaceutical guidelines and share knowledge through training sessions.
- Maintain comprehensive patient records and medication histories for compliance.
Required profile
- Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm, MPharm, PharmD, etc.) or related field.
- Detail‑oriented with strong communication abilities.
- Team‑player committed to high‑quality patient care.
- Retail or clinical pharmacy experience is a plus, especially up to one year.
