Pharmaceutical Stability Officer

About the role
The Stability Officer will support the pharmaceutical quality team by analysing stability and finished product samples, ensuring compliance with ALCOA procedures and data integrity policies. This role is laboratory‑based and involves routine instrument maintenance and sample handling.
Key responsibilities
- Perform stability and finished‑product sample analysis and compile reports according to ALCOA guidelines.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments such as dissolution testers, UV spectrophotometers, balances, pH meters and sonicators.
- Ensure proper operation and monitoring of stability chambers and related tracking systems.
- Charge and withdraw stability samples following approved protocols.
- Support compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and data integrity policies.
Required profile
- B.Pharm, M.Sc., or M.Pharm degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in stability testing or related pharmaceutical laboratory work.
Required skills
- Operation of dissolution testing apparatus.
- UV spectrophotometry.
- Balance and pH meter usage.
- Sonicator handling.
- Stability chamber management.
