About the role
The Stability Testing Officer is responsible for analysing stability and finished product samples, preparing reports in line with ALCOA procedures, and ensuring compliance with data integrity and GDP policies within a pharmaceutical laboratory.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse stability and miscellaneous product samples and compile detailed reports.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments such as dissolution test apparatus, UV spectrophotometer, analytical balance, pH meter and sonicator.
- Ensure data integrity, GDP compliance and proper documentation.
- Operate and monitor the stability chamber and associated tracking system.
- Manage charging and withdrawal of stability samples according to approved protocols.
Required profile
- B.Pharm, M.Sc. or M.Pharm degree.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical stability testing.
Required skills
- UV spectrophotometer operation.
- Dissolution test apparatus handling.
- Analytical balance usage.
- pH meter measurement.
- Sonicator operation.
