Personal Valet for Luxury Private Household

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Valet to join a private ultra‑high‑net‑worth household. The role blends traditional valet duties with core butler responsibilities, providing close personal support and formal household service both at home and while traveling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the principal’s wardrobe, including organizing, packing, and maintaining garments, accessories, and footwear.
• Assist with daily personal presentation, dressing support, and grooming logistics.
• Provide formal table and beverage service, and support hosting for guests and events.
• Coordinate with tailors, stylists, and dry cleaners to ensure wardrobe quality.
• Support household coordination alongside other staff such as housekeeping, chauffeurs, chefs, and security.
• Travel domestically and internationally with the principal, maintaining consistent service standards.
• Maintain meticulous inventory of clothing, accessories, silverware, and other personal/household items.
• Manage scheduling, correspondence, and logistics for personal appointments and events.
• Uphold complete discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Valet, Butler, Personal Assistant, or similar role in a private household or luxury hospitality setting.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
• Verifiable references from previous employers.
