About the role
We are looking for an energetic Personal Trainer to guide new members through their fitness journey and help retain existing clients. The role combines hands‑on training with data‑driven tracking to meet retention and revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Set personalized fitness goals for new users based on their objectives and abilities.
- Monitor and record clients’ progress throughout their training programs.
- Identify members whose activity is declining and implement strategies to re‑engage them.
- Produce daily reports on client engagement, goal achievement, and retention metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align fitness programs with revenue goals.
Required profile
- Strong background in athletics, sports, or fitness.
- Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles.
- Passion for personal fitness, grooming, and motivating others.
- Customer‑obsessed mindset with high energy and excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Ability to design and adjust workout plans.
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting client data.
