About the role

The Personal Shopper will act as the primary point of contact for high‑value customers, driving repeat visits and purchases through personalized service and expert fashion advice. This role focuses on increasing customer satisfaction, frequency of visits, and overall sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate customers to schedule appointments and visit the store frequently using email, telephone, and face‑to‑face communication.
• Guide each client through their shopping experience, recommending products and services that match their needs and current fashion trends.
• Provide image makeovers and customized buying solutions to enhance the client’s personal style.
• Maintain responsibility for customer service before, during, and after the sale, ensuring follow‑up and fulfillment of commitments.
• Drive suggestive selling and upselling to increase average ticket value and items per purchase.
• Educate non‑members about membership programs and encourage enrollment in premium cards.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across email, phone, and in‑person channels.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑value clients.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
