About the role

The Personal Shopper at Broadway creates a seamless, premium shopping experience by turning personalised style consultations into curated product journeys. Working across fashion, beauty, wellness, footwear, accessories and lifestyle categories, the role blends style expertise with cross‑category selling to delight customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review each customer’s Style Profile and plan tailored shopping journeys.
• Escort customers through the store, presenting products that match their style, needs and lifestyle.
• Build complete looks and lifestyle solutions rather than isolated product recommendations.
• Collaborate with Category Experts to provide technical product advice.
• Drive cross‑category discovery, maximise basket value and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain records of purchase history, preferences and conduct post‑visit follow‑ups.
• Invite customers to launches, styling events and exclusive experiences.
• Support store events, VIP appointments and coordinate with Personal Stylists and Department Managers.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long‑term customer relationships.
• Ability to understand and act on detailed style profiles.
• Proactive attitude toward achieving individual sales and productivity targets.
• Excellent knowledge of fashion, beauty, wellness and lifestyle product ranges.
