Personal Assistant to Director

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in both professional and personal capacities. The role combines executive administration, social media oversight, and event coordination to ensure the Director’s daily operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements and related logistics.
• Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and follow‑ups, ensuring timely communication.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes and other documentation.
• Conduct research on business topics and leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision‑making.
• Maintain and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
• Oversee LinkedIn and other social media platforms to enhance the Director’s professional presence.
• Create and coordinate digital communications, including WhatsApp groups and attendee engagement.
• Plan and execute events by coordinating artists, musicians, sponsors, volunteers, vendors and partners; book venues, manage contracts and supervise logistics.
• Support branding, promotional campaigns and event marketing initiatives.
• Develop the Director’s YouTube channel through content planning, uploads, audience engagement, performance tracking and video editing.
• Assist with personal tasks, home‑front coordination and miscellaneous assignments.
• Monitor expenses, payment schedules and basic record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role.
