Performance Tester – LoadRunner & JMeter (Mid-Level)

About the role

CGI is looking for a mid‑level Performance Tester to join its Hyderabad delivery centre. You will design, develop and execute load and stress tests for client applications, ensuring performance targets are met and providing actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Execute test runs in Performance Center and analyse results with Dynatrace.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Document test scenarios, results and recommendations in Jira.
• Maintain version control of test assets using Git.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in performance testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex performance data.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
