Performance Marketing Manager – SaaS Startup

About the role

Soulera, a fast‑scaling SaaS startup, is seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media, social presence, and content strategy. The role is hands‑on and focused on generating qualified leads, building brand authority, and delivering measurable ROI in the SaaS/tech market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle: strategy, creative briefing, audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing and performance reporting.
• Monitor and improve metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CPL, CTR and conversion rates in real time.
• Run retargeting and remarketing programmes to nurture prospects through the funnel.
• Own Soulera’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube and maintain a monthly social calendar aligned with product launches and events.
• Grow organic followers, engagement and brand authority through high‑quality content.
• Develop and execute a content strategy roadmap covering blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, newsletters and ad copy.
• Collaborate with product, sales and delivery teams to turn insights into compelling thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• Data‑driven, creatively sharp and strategically minded professional.
• Comfortable analysing Meta Ads dashboards and crafting LinkedIn thought‑leadership posts.
• Experience in SaaS or technology‑focused marketing environments.
