Performance Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of hands‑on experience to plan, execute, and optimise paid digital campaigns. The successful candidate will focus on lead generation, ROI optimisation and data‑driven decision making across multiple advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn and other relevant networks.
• Generate high‑quality leads while maintaining target cost‑per‑lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Monitor performance, produce regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis.
• Manage ad budgets and allocate spend efficiently.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
• Track website traffic and user behaviour using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and related tools.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking and campaign optimisation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of SEO fundamentals and landing‑page optimisation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
