Marketing Manager – AI Products & Digital Growth

About the role

Web Spiders Group seeks a driven Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives for AI‑focused products, driving brand visibility, lead generation and product adoption across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Build brand awareness for Web Spiders, SpiderX AI and related offerings in domestic and international markets.
• Plan and run multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social, webinars and email.
• Manage performance‑marketing on Google, LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms, optimizing funnel metrics.
• Lead product launch and market‑expansion initiatives, creating sales enablement collateral.
• Own digital presence across websites, blogs and social channels, driving traffic and conversion.
• Coordinate webinars, virtual events and industry conferences, and nurture partnerships with media and analysts.
• Define and track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC and ROI, delivering regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of B2B SaaS or technology marketing experience.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed B‑School (preferred).
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage campaigns and work cross‑functionally with sales, product and leadership teams.

Required skills

• Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaign management.
• Email marketing and social‑media advertising platforms.
• CRM and marketing‑automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush and Ahrefs.
