Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Cow Paradise India Private Limited is seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketer to lead paid advertising, social media growth, and audience acquisition for its gaming and entertainment brands. The role is hands‑on, combining creative campaign development with rigorous performance analysis to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor budgets, conversions, and ROAS, adjusting strategies to meet KPI targets.
• Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion funnels.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad formats.
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and content creators to produce high‑performing assets.
• Drive social media growth across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify new growth opportunities.
• Support influencer and creator marketing initiatives.
• Research competitors and emerging digital trends, leveraging AI‑powered tools for efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance, digital, or growth marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Good understanding of Google Ads and digital advertising ecosystems.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Kollam office.
