Performance Marketer – Digital Advertising Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketer to join EBSLON Infotech’s digital team in Delhi. You will own end‑to‑end paid campaigns, analyse results and continuously optimise to drive brand awareness, traffic and leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
• Monitor key metrics, analyse performance data and implement data‑backed strategies to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, landing pages and audience segments to increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high‑performing ad creatives that follow brand guidelines.
• Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximise results.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and deliver actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
• Develop comprehensive performance strategies covering paid search, paid social and display channels.
• Perform competitor analysis and align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative thinker focused on measurable growth.
