People Analytics Analyst

About the role

The People Analytics Analyst will develop HR service KPIs in an automated tool and support reporting operations with standards. This role creates interactive Power BI dashboards, ensures data quality, and provides actionable insights to HR stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to HR stakeholders.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure analytics and reporting needs are met.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage data sets, ensuring they are clean, accurate, and ready for analysis, including ETL processes.
• Assess KPI analysis and year‑on‑year comparisons.
• Perform data analysis and validation to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Contribute to analysis and implementation of reporting and evaluation of current HR processes and project reporting.
• Demonstrate accountability for results and maintain an action‑oriented approach.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Economics, IT, Psychology or related fields.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a reporting/analytics role with a proven track record of continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese and Spanish are valued.
• Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment (preferred).
• Prior exposure to chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector (preferred).
• Familiarity with process excellence methodologies, front‑end tool development, back‑end knowledge, SQL, Azure and Databricks (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast‑paced global environment.
