Payroll Specialist – Payroll Time Admin/Labor Processor

About the role

The Payroll Time Admin/Labor Processor at KBR administers, validates and processes employee time and labour data using Deltek Costpoint and other approved timekeeping systems. The role ensures accurate labour processing, compliance with applicable labour laws, and seamless integration of time data into payroll operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain employee time and attendance records in Deltek Costpoint and other systems.
• Review, validate and approve time entries, schedules and exception reports.
• Execute weekly labour processing while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA and regional timekeeping regulations and conduct periodic audits.
• Maintain documentation for internal and external audits and recommend corrective actions.
• Configure system settings, troubleshoot issues and support system upgrades.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and timely support to employees and managers on timekeeping policies.
• Generate and analyse timekeeping reports to identify trends and support management reporting.
• Coordinate accurate transfer of time data to payroll systems and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (as indicated in basic qualifications).
• Experience administering timekeeping data and processing weekly labour information.
• Knowledge of FLSA and regional timekeeping regulations.
• Ability to conduct audits, maintain documentation and support system improvements.
