Patrolling Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Patrolling Officer to join our security team in Kundli, Sonipat. The role involves maintaining public safety through regular patrols, incident response and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine surveillance patrols in assigned areas such as neighborhoods, business districts, and public spaces.
• Deter criminal activity by maintaining a visible presence and observing suspicious behavior.
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance, emergencies, or reports of suspicious activity and resolve situations safely.
• Enforce applicable laws, regulations, traffic rules, parking ordinances and community rules.
• Direct traffic, investigate accidents and assist motorists to ensure orderly flow of traffic.
• Build positive relationships with community members, business owners and stakeholders through outreach and community policing initiatives.
• Document observations, incidents and interactions in detailed written reports for administrative and legal purposes.
• Collect and preserve evidence at crime scenes, accidents or other incidents and cooperate with law‑enforcement agencies.
• Assist fire, medical and other emergency services during emergencies or natural disasters.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in law‑enforcement techniques, first aid, conflict resolution and community relations.
• Maintain and inspect patrol vehicles, communication devices and other equipment to ensure functionality.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and other agencies to achieve common public‑safety objectives.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in security, law‑enforcement or a related field.
