About the role

Ruangguru is seeking a part‑time Bahasa Indonesia teacher to join its English Academy in Kabupaten Belu. You will deliver live classes, support student learning, and collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching quality.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English (or Bahasa Indonesia) to students across various grade levels in a classroom setting.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and role‑model support to other Master Teachers.
• Conduct consultations with students and parents alongside Student Advisors to recommend appropriate learning pathways and maintain engagement.
• Run Homework Clinics to help students overcome academic challenges.
• Participate in trial classes and share best practices with regional teams.
• Meet the minimum required number of teaching and trial sessions.
• Maintain positive relationships with branch staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop learning materials and assignments aligned with the curriculum.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience teaching very young learners is a plus.
• Proactive, willing to try new teaching methods.
• Available to teach at the selected Ruangguru branch.
