About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our modern fish processing plant in Słupsk as a packer of salads and herring. The position offers full‑time, day‑time work with no night shifts, and training is provided on site.
Key responsibilities
- Sort incoming fish and vegetable products according to quality standards.
- Prepare ingredients for packaging, ensuring hygiene and safety.
- Operate packaging equipment to pack salads and herring.
- Perform basic processing tasks such as cleaning and portioning.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required profile
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle light manual tasks.
- Open to working in a team environment; both men and women are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines.
