Packaging Boy – Warehouse Operations

About the role

Ekta Footwear is seeking a dedicated Packaging Boy to join its Krishna Nagar, East Delhi warehouse. This full‑time position involves handling product packaging, inventory management, and order dispatch to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update logs regularly.
• Package footwear products securely to prevent damage during transport.
• Perform quality checks on goods before packaging and dispatch.
• Identify, prepare, and dispatch orders promptly and accurately.
• Prepare routine inventory and dispatch reports.
• Keep the packaging area and warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Handle packaging materials and products with care.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall warehouse efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th pass education.
• 0–6 months experience in warehouse or logistics (freshers welcome).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks.
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
