Overnight Stocking Associate

About the role

Join Meijer’s night team as an Overnight Stocking Associate. You will keep shelves stocked and organized during the night shift, ensuring customers find the products they need when the store opens.

Key responsibilities

• Stock food shelves with a variety of products using location codes.
• Pull back excess stock and trash to the back room and place items in their correct areas.
• Collaborate with management to meet stocking targets on time.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor with customers who may be present.
• Work night shifts and stand for extended periods.

Required profile

• Comfortable using basic computer systems.
• Process‑driven with the ability to follow procedures efficiently.
• Calm under fast‑paced conditions.
• Willingness to interact with customers regularly.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of forklift and pallet jack operation is a plus.
