Outbound Sales Specialist

About the role

You will build and manage high‑volume outbound pipelines across EMEA and the Americas for Taggbox’s Social Walls and Taggbox platforms. By combining cold outreach with a steady flow of inbound sign‑ups, you will generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target prospects in international markets, creating custom lists and using triggers to personalize outreach.
• Execute daily outreach volume: ~80 cold calls, ~30 LinkedIn touches, and 200–300 sequenced emails.
• Qualify inbound leads (≈20% of pipeline) and convert them into warm meetings quickly.
• Book clean, qualified meetings that enable AEs to close deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed notes.
• Sell outcomes and results rather than product features.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in an outbound BDR/SDR or high‑volume sales role, preferably SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Resilient, high‑energy hustler who can handle frequent rejections.
• Strong phone confidence and excellent written English for emails and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable working across international time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with sequencing tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo or Lemlist.
• Proficiency in a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting platforms.
• Basic understanding of marketing, events or e‑commerce sectors.
