OT Security Specialist

About the role

ReNew is looking for an OT Security Specialist to protect its renewable energy assets across India. The role involves 30‑40% travel to wind, solar, hydro and manufacturing sites, working on both greenfield and brownfield projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce OT security policies, procedures and standards.
• Align security controls with IEC 62443, CEA guidelines and NCIIPC advisories.
• Design and maintain OT security architecture for industrial control systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses for OT environments.
• Support incident response and remediation activities on site.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in OT cybersecurity within the renewable energy sector.
• Hands‑on exposure to wind, solar, hydro power and manufacturing sites.
• Experience with both greenfield and brownfield OT deployments.
