Organic Social & Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Organic Social & Community Manager to lead the growth and engagement of our brand across organic social channels. The role focuses on content planning, community interaction, and maintaining a consistent brand voice without any paid advertising responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and other platforms as needed.
• Develop and maintain a regular organic content calendar.
• Create post ideas, captions, creative briefs and campaign concepts.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors or internal teams to produce content.
• Engage with comments, messages and community conversations.
• Monitor trends and propose relevant content opportunities.
• Track organic reach, engagement, follower growth and overall content performance.
• Ensure brand tone, messaging and consistency across all platforms.
• Support employer branding, thought leadership and community‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing organic social media pages for a brand, company, founder or agency.
• Strong writing skills for captions, posts and short‑form content.
• Good understanding of social media trends and platform best practices.
• Ability to plan content calendars and manage posting schedules.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and engagement metrics.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
