Oracle Fusion Technical Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Manager to lead the delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions for our clients. You will work within the Oracle Services Practice, helping organisations implement and optimise Oracle applications across finance, HR, supply chain, analytics and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle Oracle Fusion implementations, having completed at least two end‑to‑end projects.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Oracle Fusion applications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and test customisations, integrations and reports using BI Publisher, FBDI/OTBI and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the practice.
• Contribute to project planning, budgeting and timeline estimation.
• Stay current with emerging Oracle technologies and advise clients on innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS/PaaS implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering at least two Oracle Cloud (Fusion) projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle database structures and data models.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, project managers and cross‑functional teams.
