About the role
We are looking for an Operator to join our production team at LG Energy in Wrocław. The role involves working on the manufacturing line of energy‑related products in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment during assigned shifts.
- Ensure product quality by following standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine checks, report any abnormalities, and assist in troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations.
Required profile
- Male candidates or married couples from Ukraine holding a D05 work visa (minimum 162 days) or a 365‑day visa issued by EWL.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including day (07:00‑19:00) and night (19:00‑07:00) schedules, Monday through Sunday.
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and adapt to shift work.
