Operations Team Lead – Quick Commerce

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Team Lead to drive the daily inbound and outbound processes of our Quick Commerce fulfillment hub. In this fast‑paced environment you will ensure that orders are received, stored, processed and shipped accurately and on time, while maintaining high service and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise inbound activities including receiving, inventory verification and storage.
• Oversee outbound operations such as order picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitor operational KPIs, inventory levels and workflow efficiency, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Assign tasks, manage team performance and provide coaching and training to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process improvements and implement optimisation initiatives.
• Prepare and present operational reports and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage day‑to‑day operations.
• Strong problem‑solving, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.
