About the role
The Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily inbound and outbound activities at a fast‑paced fulfillment centre. You will manage a team of associates, ensure accurate processing of goods, and maintain high service and productivity standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise inbound processes such as receiving, inventory verification, and storage.
- Oversee outbound functions including order processing, packing, and shipping.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely execution of all operations.
- Track key performance indicators, inventory levels, and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, or logistics environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a high‑tempo, deadline‑driven setting.
