About the role

The Operations Staff member supports daily activities across Blue Dart's service centres, hubs, processing units and warehouses. You will ensure shipments are received, processed and moved efficiently while upholding safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

Receive, sort, scan, bag, tag, load and unload shipments.
Perform shipment reconciliation and accurate data entry.
Follow operational procedures, safety guidelines and service commitments.
Maintain shipment accuracy, productivity and overall service quality.
Represent the Blue Dart brand through professional conduct and discipline.

Required profile

Ability to work on the shop‑floor in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
Physical stamina for handling parcels and operating equipment.
