Operations Staff – Hub Shipment Management

About the role

The Operations Staff member ensures the smooth flow of shipments inside the hub, handling sorting, scanning, and movement of goods. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who are dependable, tech‑savvy and comfortable working in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities to keep shipments moving efficiently within the hub.
• Accurately sort shipments according to destination and product type.
• Scan shipments and maintain proper documentation.
• Load and unload vehicles, overseeing the flow of goods at loading docks.
• Follow safety protocols, handling guidelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Age between 19 and 28 years.
• Minimum education: SSLC / 10th pass.
• Possess a two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• Basic English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Access to a smartphone for task management and communication.
• Knowledge of the local geographical area.
