Operations Staff – Hub Operations

About the role

The Operations Staff member will support the smooth movement of shipments inside our hub. This on‑site position involves handling goods, ensuring accurate sorting, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities to keep shipments flowing efficiently within the hub.
• Accurately sort shipments according to destination and product type.
• Scan shipments and record movements.
• Load and unload vehicles and oversee the flow of goods at loading docks.
• Follow established guidelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Share competition information as required.

Required profile

• Dependable, friendly and tech‑savvy individual.
• Own a two‑wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
• Age between 19 and 28 years.
• Minimum education: SSLC / 10th Pass.
• Good knowledge of the local geographical area.
• Basic English communication skills (read, write, speak).
• Access to a smartphone for task management and communication.
