About the role
The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team of associates who perform manual handling tasks such as unloading shipments, picking items, and packing orders. The role ensures smooth daily operations within the warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate manual handling activities including unloading, picking, and packing.
- Monitor performance of Warehouse Associates, Operators, Workers, Pickers and Packers.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet operational targets.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering teamwork and efficiency.
Required profile
- Experience working in a warehouse or similar manual‑handling environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
