About the role
We are looking for an Operations Staff member to support our hub activities. The role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing reliable support to the team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in day‑to‑day hub operations and logistics handling.
- Maintain accurate records and perform basic computer tasks.
- Utilise knowledge of local geography to optimise routes and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners in local languages, Hindi and English.
- Support team members and uphold high organisational standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 12th grade education; graduate preferred.
- 3–4 years of experience in a hub or similar operational environment.
- Age between 28 and 32 years.
- Strong commitment to organisation and teamwork.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Good communication skills in local language, Hindi and English.
