About the role
The Operations Staff member will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient flow of shipments within our hub. This position involves coordinating loading, unloading, sorting, and dispatch activities while supporting the team to maintain smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage timely loading, unloading, sorting, and dispatch of shipments.
- Support and guide the team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day hub functioning.
- Ensure proper handling and segregation of shipments.
- Assist in vehicle planning based on route requirements.
- Track shipments and maintain daily operational records.
- Maintain safety, security, and compliance standards within the hub.
