Operations Staff – Hub Logistics

About the role

The Operations Staff member ensures the smooth movement of shipments within our hub, handling day‑to‑day logistics activities in a fast‑paced environment. This role is essential for maintaining accurate sorting, timely loading and unloading, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations to guarantee efficient shipment flow.
• Accurately sort shipments according to destination and product type.
• Scan shipments and maintain proper documentation.
• Load and unload vehicles, overseeing dock activities.
• Follow established guidelines for handling, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Share competition information as required.

Required profile

• Dependable, friendly and tech‑savvy individual.
• Own a two‑wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
• Age between 19 and 28 years.
• Minimum education: SSLC / 10th pass.
• Good knowledge of the local geographical area.
• Basic English communication skills (read, write, speak).
• Access to a smartphone for task management and communication.
