Operations Manager

About the role

BeginBird is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities across order fulfilment, inventory, logistics and customer support. Based in Dehradun, you will work closely with the founders to build scalable processes as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations team, allocate tasks and monitor performance.
• Develop, document and continuously improve SOPs for all operational functions.
• Oversee order processing, packing, labelling and courier hand‑over for Shopify, Amazon, Blinkit and other sales channels.
• Track and resolve pending, delayed, failed or cancelled orders; manage RTO/NDR rates.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits and coordinate replenishment across warehouses and Amazon FBA.
• Supervise customer support on WhatsApp and other channels, ensuring timely resolution of order‑related queries.
• Generate daily/weekly operational reports, analyse key metrics and recommend efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e‑commerce or operations management.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive process optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
