About the role
Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager for its Last Mile delivery stations. The role focuses on driving operational performance, collaborating with cross‑functional partners, and building a high‑performing team to ensure fast and reliable parcel delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Transport & Sortation, DSP Management, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR, ACES and Engineering to align station operations.
- Track, analyze and drive operational goals and key performance metrics for the Delivery Station.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.
- Develop and execute talent plans, covering recruitment, performance management, career development, learning and employee engagement.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or at least 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
