Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support our sales and product teams by tracking performance, generating reports, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. The role involves close collaboration with Area Managers, senior management and partner networks to maintain accurate data and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily lead and face‑to‑face meeting trackers, comparing targets versus actual achievements for Area Managers and Assistant Area Managers.
• Monitor “No Zero Day” performance to guarantee consistent daily sales activity across the team.
• Update business performance metrics twice daily at zone and manager levels.
• Generate daily reports for lending products (logins vs. disbursements) and produce MIS for broking accounts.
• Provide daily summaries of insurance policies and premium collections.
• Prepare DRA and account‑opening reports on a day‑to‑date, month‑to‑date and year‑to‑date basis.
• Track internal contest updates and send appreciation communications to high‑performing staff.
• Deliver partner‑wise reports (YTD/MTD) to senior management and give real‑time updates on lead status.

Required profile

• Experience in sales operations, performance tracking or business reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet tight reporting deadlines.
