Operations Executive – International Holidays

About the role

Catch a Trip is seeking a highly organized Operations Executive to oversee the full lifecycle of international holiday bookings. You will work closely with the sales and destination expert teams, ensuring seamless coordination from quotation to on‑trip support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales/Destination Expert team with quotation preparation, operational costing and feasibility checks.
• Negotiate rates and confirm availability with hotels, DMCs, transport providers and activity suppliers.
• Verify all booking details, including rates, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation policies.
• Manage provisional bookings, block dates and issue final confirmations.
• Take complete operational ownership of confirmed bookings and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Prepare and issue vouchers, booking confirmations and other operational documents.
• Coordinate hotels, transfers, activities, guides and other travel services for each itinerary.
• Work with finance to track billing, payments and vendor settlements.
• Re‑price amendments, handle currency fluctuations and respond to client requests.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate competitive commercial terms.
• Provide on‑trip support, resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters to management.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in travel operations, preferably with international holiday packages.
• Strong knowledge of FIT (Free‑Independent Traveler) and customized holiday operations.
• Experience collaborating with DMCs, hotels, transport and activity suppliers.
• Good understanding of international hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing and related services.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or similar internal booking systems.
