Operations Executive – Cloud Department

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Executive to support PAN India cloud operations. The role ensures smooth coordination across sales, purchase, legal and finance teams, while maintaining compliance with tender and certification requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain OEM and distributor portals with up‑to‑date business cases for the sales process.
• Coordinate between sales, internal purchase, legal and finance teams to gather inputs for agreements and proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms with distributors and partners and manage CRM data for the cloud department.
• Track organisational and individual certification needs, customer purchase orders, proposals and training requirements.
• Support bid formation for tender documents (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) and ensure compliance with government and private‑sector tender procedures.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, service descriptions, compliance reports and version‑controlled archives.
• Assist onboarding of new cloud clients and prepare internal reports, dashboards and summaries on cloud operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, documentation or bid management, preferably within IT/Cloud services.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and deadline‑driven abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with tender portals such as GeM and CPP.
• Experience handling CRM systems.
• Knowledge of OEM, distributor and partner schemes and back‑end claim processes.
