Data Analyst – Full‑time, On‑site in Kochi

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Data Analyst position is based in Kochi and supports FemiSafe’s mission to improve women’s daily comfort through data‑driven decisions. You will collect, clean and interpret data from marketing, product, operations and customer support to inform product development, customer experience and growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and interpret data from multiple business functions.
• Build dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Perform statistical and trend analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business questions into analytical problems.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Maintain data quality and support A/B testing experiments.
• Contribute to fostering a data‑centric culture within the organization.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in statistical methods for hypothesis testing and performance measurement.
• Ability to design and work with data models for reporting and scalable analytics.
• Effective communication skills for presenting complex findings.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science).
• Detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
