Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will manage daily order processing and delivery coordination for Refillr’s 20 L water jar service in Kottayam. Working in a hybrid setting, you will ensure timely fulfillment, track jar movements with QR tools, and support accurate digital billing.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming orders and schedule deliveries with drivers and partner water plants.
• Monitor route execution, optimise schedules and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Track jar inventory using QR‑based tracking tools and update internal systems.
• Manage subscription schedules, verify billing data and generate basic operational reports.
• Handle customer and partner escalations, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Assist in onboarding new delivery partners and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and technology teams to maintain platform performance.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience in business, operations, logistics or a related field.
• Prior experience in operations, logistics, supply chain or last‑mile delivery is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Customer‑service mindset and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
