About the role

Capco is seeking an Operations Confirmation Project Manager to lead executive‑level presentations and drive strategic projects across its banking and financial services practice in India. The role will partner with senior business heads, finance, operations and risk teams to ensure data‑driven decision making and successful transformation delivery.

Key responsibilities

Design and prepare high‑quality presentations for C‑suite and Board meetings, synthesising business performance and operational metrics into compelling narratives.
Support and manage strategic projects from initiation to delivery, defining scope, timelines, deliverables and success metrics while tracking progress and reporting risks.
Facilitate governance routines, including steering committees and management updates, to keep senior leadership informed.
Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to gather, interpret and visualise performance data, producing interactive dashboards.
