About the role

Maya Mental Health is seeking an Operations & Care Coordinator to keep the online mental‑health service running smoothly. You will be the human connection behind central communications, supporting client care and helping the team stay organized.

Key responsibilities

• Manage central client communications with clarity, empathy, and timely follow‑ups.
• Support day‑to‑day schedule coordination and workflow management across the organization.
• Maintain accurate, confidential internal records, tracking systems, and digital files.
• Oversee routine operational documentation, basic financial coordination, and shared‑tool organization.
• Track operational metrics and client feedback to suggest practical process improvements.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with a warm, human tone.
• Strong organizational skills; able to coordinate schedules and ensure details are not missed.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote‑friendly environment.
• Analytical mindset for reviewing feedback and improving processes.
• Commitment to strict client confidentiality and ethical handling of information.
• Genuine interest in mental‑health accessibility and person‑first care.
