Cashier cum Pharmacy Executive

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Cashier cum Pharmacy Executive to manage payments and pharmacy operations at our Sarin Skin Clinic in Defence Colony, New Delhi. The role combines front‑desk cash handling with dispensing medicines and maintaining inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process cash, card, UPI and other payment methods, ensuring correct transaction entries.
• Generate detailed bills and receipts, maintaining comprehensive daily payment records.
• Manage the clinic pharmacy by dispensing prescribed medicines and products to patients.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, monitor stock levels, track expiry dates, and reorder as needed.
• Keep meticulous purchase and stock records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Operate billing software and MS Excel, handling data entry and reporting tasks efficiently.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation, verifying totals and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Assist patients with pharmacy‑related queries, providing courteous service while safeguarding confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cashier, pharmacy, hospital or clinic environments.
• Proficient with billing software and MS Excel for accurate financial documentation.
• Strong numerical aptitude and organisational skills to manage high transaction volumes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with patients and staff.
• Capability to work efficiently in a busy setting handling 40–60 patients per day.
• Honest, punctual, presentable and detail‑oriented with a professional demeanor.
• Tall and well‑groomed appearance preferred; candidates residing in Delhi/NCR are favored.
