Operations Associate

About the role

The Operations Associate will support the onboarding of doctors, hospitals and diagnostic centres through field visits, phone coordination and real‑time data management. This position offers a chance to make a tangible impact on a fast‑growing health‑tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site onboarding visits for doctors, hospitals and diagnostic centres.
• Answer inbound calls, confirm appointments and collect required documentation.
• Maintain and clean provider data in real time.
• Collaborate with network, operations and technology teams to resolve issues and improve provider satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to launch new initiatives.
• Analyse queries, propose solutions and ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree from a recognised institute.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, onboarding or field work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong follow‑up and stakeholder‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
