About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Associate to join our Hyderabad office. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who want to start a career in shipping and logistics back‑office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks in the shipping and logistics back‑office.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data entry meets quality standards.
- Support shift‑based teams and collaborate with other departments to meet service targets.
Required profile
- Graduate from any discipline.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on‑site at the Hyderabad office.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of shipping and logistics processes (preferred).
