Onsite Recruitment Coordinator – Hosur, Tamil Nadu

About the role

The Onsite Recruitment Coordinator supports the full recruitment lifecycle for a high‑volume manufacturing client in Hosur. Acting as the on‑site brand ambassador, you will ensure smooth candidate and hiring manager interactions, from attraction through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics, including room setup, materials distribution, and candidate briefings.
• Manage daily communications with hiring leaders, candidates, and client stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local universities, technical colleges and other talent sources.
• Assist in creating location‑specific recruitment marketing plans and candidate generation activities.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including new‑hire documentation and orientation.
• Schedule phone, video and in‑person interviews and handle offer letter routing.
• Oversee background, drug and reference checks, as well as candidate travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate posting and updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required profile

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years of high‑volume blue‑collar recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and deliver recruitment activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; working proficiency in Gujarati is a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, constantly changing workplace.
