Online Travel Agency (OTA) Coordinator

About the role

The OTA Coordinator will support Ocean Group's travel and hospitality operations in Udaipur. Working hybrid, you will manage online travel agency listings, rates and inventory while ensuring a seamless guest experience across booking platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update OTA listings, rates, and inventory for the property.
• Coordinate reservations, monitor bookings and cancellations, and respond to guest inquiries received via partner platforms.
• Collaborate with the on‑site team to optimize occupancy, revenue, and promotional packages.
• Track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and ensure brand standards are consistently applied.
• Facilitate communication between online channels, on‑property operations, and management.

Required profile

• Experience managing OTA platforms, property listings, rates, and inventory for hotels or resorts.
• Strong coordination and administrative abilities, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills to monitor bookings, cancellations, and revenue trends.
• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment and collaborating with both on‑site and remote teams.
• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism operations is preferred; knowledge of the Udaipur tourism market is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field is beneficial.
