Online QC Inspector & Final QA Inspector (2 openings each)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Online QC Inspectors and Final QA Inspectors to join our precision brass and copper manufacturing facility. The roles involve ensuring product quality throughout the production process and at final dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular in‑process quality checks during CNC machining and turning operations (Online QC Inspector).
• Inspect dimensions, surface finish, tolerances, thread integrity and packaging compliance using precision measuring tools.
• Analyse and track rejection, rework and segregation work, maintaining accurate inspection reports.
• Prepare official QA documentation, inspection certificates and dispatch clearances (Final QA Inspector).
• Handle customer quality requirements, support internal audits and coordinate root‑cause analysis for non‑conforming parts.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of quality control experience in precision manufacturing or CNC machining for Online QC Inspector role.
• 4–5 years of final quality assurance experience in the brass/copper industry for Final QA Inspector role.
• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T and calibration procedures.

Required skills

• Use of precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and thread gauges.
• Interpretation of GD&T and complex technical drawings.
• Calibration of measurement equipment.
• Visual inspection and raw material (RM) inspection.
